As the son of the great magistrate and vaishnava acharya Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakur, he received training since his childhood. His teachings were based on the Vedic scriptures and their acharyas. He prepared this wisdom and established the Gaudiya Math to spread Sri Chaitanya’s message throughout India and abroad. This wisdom would later become known worldwide as Krishna Consciousness. He ordered his followers to spread divine love for Krishna to all living beings throughout the world. The extent of his influence in spreading the glories of India and Krishna is still largely unrecognized. Even though his contributions are unique and extensive, and his influence reached the most remote areas of the planet, still few people know about his life, name and glory.
